Brecht's
The Caucasian Chalk Circle, was suggested by Theatre Du
Soleil to get played by Aftaab Theatre.
This play
was directed by Arash Absalan an Iranian director, actor
and writer. He is also a professor in Tehran University,
Iran
The
play was performed for more then 30 times in France,
Afghanistan and India.
The
first Afghan play directed by an Iranian directed which
broke the 4 wall of theatre and made the audience
realize that: "What we judge is not what is always true,
it's only what we think is true".
